Abstract

Ichikawa, Dia Claudia P. Lacno, Anjele G. Tumbokon Funding Source: Parents Cost: Php 15, 000.00 Date Started: June 2012 Date Finished: February 2013 Scope and Coverage: The respondents were 41 temple married couples of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints within Dasmariñas Stake, aged 25 to 55. The data for this research was solely dependent on the scores derived from the researchers made instrument. This study merely covered the necessary information on the beliefs and practices of Latter-day Saints when it comes to marriage and family as well. Furthermore, getting the level of spiritual wellness and marital satisfaction of the participants were investigated. Methodology: This research was a correlational study in which it has two quantitative variables from the same subjects, and were trying to determine if there is a relationship or co variation between the two variables, spiritual wellness and marital satisfaction .To verify the respondents of the study and to meet the condition needed in gathering data, a purposive sampling design was used in selecting participants. The researchers utilized two self-constructed questionnaires, Spiritual Wellness Scale and Marital Satisfaction Scale, which were approved and validated. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences or SPSS was used to compute and analyze the results from the survey questionnaires.
