Abstract

Automation is a way out from wasteful activities that cost great amount of money due to the misuse of management and resources. Conversion of manual system to a network-based system will affect a good outcome for the company. After the proponents had analyzed the transaction being done by St.Peter-Paul Medical Clinic, the proponents observed that the company would greatly benefit the proposed system and it may avoid human error caused by using manual system. The proponents worked out the difficulty concerning the risk of having a manual system. The proposed system is an organized and fully functional system for the payroll system of the company. The system will help the company to have a much easier process in managing and computing their payroll system.
