They can also foster resilience individually if they will be engage in activity such as religious fellowship, sports and other support group activities even outside their organization. Joining this kind of activity can help them release the stress and tension in their everyday schedule. 2. It is best if the military organization help the soldiers to be holistically equipped even before or after exposure to traumatic experiences in the combatant duty operation. Eight of respondents in this study who were officers may handle their work more efficiently if they will be given enough discussions about their leadership skills not only in planning tactics but De La Salle University - Dasmariñas 14 significantly, how they will handle people who are under stress. The researchers also recommend to the organization specifically the psychological unit to conduct activity which is after the well being of the soldiers. They can conduct spiritual activities, sports, activities involving the soldier and their family and other related activities that gives the soldier their time to release job related stress and tensions. 3. Family is the primary support group of an individual more importantly during stressful circumstances.
