Abstract
The project is an automated payroll system for M. G. Marasigan Investigation and Security Agency Inc. The automation of the payroll system of the company was the solution that the proponents engendered to lessen and avoid specific problems that are presently occurring in the company. The existing payroll system of M. G. Marasigan Investigation and Security Agency Inc. is a manual system where the company uses logbooks and spreadsheets as databanks for recording the attendance of their employees. The collected data was used as basis for each employee’s payroll. The problems occur at many parts of the company’s existing system as mentioned by their employees and payroll master. The proponents decided to automate the existing payroll system of the company to lessen and avoid the occurring problems in the whole system. The automatic daily time recording system is bundled with the proposed payroll system to have accurate basis for payroll processing. The contents of the pay slip are standardized in which information has basis and details for the employees to satisfy each questions regarding their pay slip and salary. The project was tested and implemented in the company and gathered the suggestions of the end users.
