Abstract
This study was focused on insects found at Mt. Palay-Palay/Mataas Na Gulod National Park particular Order Odonata, which includes dragonflies and damselflies. Collection was done in the morning in the streams and on the forest floors using sweep net or aerial net. Collection, identification in the laboratory and mounting on the mounting board were done during the months of April and May. It was found that Odonata are still abundant in Mt. Palay-Palay/Mataas Na Gulod National Park. The most common species of Odonata are the ones belonging to the family Libellulidae of dragonflies. Odonata are found mostly along bodies of water like the streams and ponds. There are more dragonflies on higher streams than on the lower streams while there is less damselfly on higher streams than on lower streams. Odonata are capable of migrating in other place to find food and mates.
