Abstract
Water that has been contaminated by feces may contains virulen pathogens and may cause serious diseases. The water analysis for the waters of Taal and Laguna lakes were done qualitatively in order to identify such organisms found along the shores of these two lakes. Three tests were done to isolate coliforms from water samples. Presumptive, Confirmatory and Completed tests confirm that waters along the shores of Taal and Laguna lakes are all positive to the presence of coliform organisms. The common coliforms found in both lakes are Aerobacter, Escherichia coli, and Citrobacter freundili.
