Abstract
This study intended to make the computerized IQ testing operate like an expert psychologist and to present a set of routines for an efficient, interactive and time-consuming IQ test. Spearman's testing approach, interruption analysis, waterfall model, forward chaining, and structured induction was utilized in the study. The system features the capabilities such as push buttons, easy IQ testing, and automatic score evaluation. It also includes features on printing user records, deleting, appending, and viewing. In Conclusion, the PSYCHE Expert System achieved good quality on the output for each development particularly on program development. Not only does the program development cycle speed up the development of the system but it also prevents possible errors that would affect the other steps in the development process. Consequently, knowledge representation plays a significant role in developing an expert system.
