Abstract

ABSTRACT One hundred ninety two students taking a General Psychology course in the De La Salle University were administered a battery of tests containing the Bem Sex Role Inventory, the Rotter Internal-External Scale and a discover relationships present between the variables of Locus of Control, Sex Role Orientation and Counseling Approach Preference. Results discovered that most of the subjects were Androavnous Internalizers who preferred the Existential-Humanistic method of therapy. Inferences into the relationships between the other factors were not possible due to the lack of significant numbers of subjects.
