Abstract
ABSTRACT The title of the paper is “Relational Aggression of Female High School Teachers: Implication in Their Relationship with Co-Workersâ€. The paper suggest specifically the general in depth implications relational aggression has on the relationship of the female school teachers and understanding the effects the implications render, whether in a macro or micro scale, that is pertaining to the effects it furnishes the individual and the workplace. The researchers used a questionnaire pertaining to understand the levels of aggression amongst the female high school teachers and upon the tallying of the results a follow up interview had been supplied to further develop the understanding of the implications allotted by the personnel stated above. There were twenty five (25) participants involved in the relational aggression scale and ten participants have been deemed worthy of the subsequent interview. The research study resulted with the following data: The numbers pertaining to the demographic profile of the respondents, the majority was between the ages of 20-30 and the rest were above this value. The level of aggression gathered by the research concludes that sixty (60) percent of the participants have denoted a high RAQ (Relational Aggression Quotient). Certain implications have been put into account; social ostracism, verbal abuse, and verbal aggression directly associated to relational aggression. vi The summative discussion of the results conclude that relational aggression is present amongst the participants and the implications that they elicited are negative and a supplemental recommend posits have been provided to lessen and hinder the growth of relational aggression in different schools in the Philippines.
