Abstract

The thesis centered mainly on developing Online Sales and Inventory System for Extra Excel Philippines to lessen technical problems of the buying customers and to incur smooth, easy, and fast inventory system. The proposed Online Sales and Inventory System was a portal type that specifically tracks down inventory and covers the major processes in terms of purchase demands and availability of the product. Software prototyping was utilized in this program. The program was used to let the users have a first idea of the completed program or allow the clients to evaluate the program. Some advantages in using this methodology include the acquisition of feedback from the users. It also provides the software engineers some insight into the accuracy of initial project estimates and whether the deadlines and milestones proposed are successfully met or not. After gathering sufficient and adequate information through research, various studies and investigations, meeting concerned people, company visitations and trippings, experimentations, and the like; the proponents developed the Online Sales and Inventory System that would help Extra Excel Philippines with its buying and inventory procedures.
