The upward increase in the number of job seekers instigated the rise of recruitment agencies or manpower services around the globe. Dealing with a huge number of applicants connotes a serious procedure of recruitment. It primarily deals with massive number of files that are needed to be processed over and over again. Morland Overseas Manpower Services (M.O.M.S.) is using a manual system in their recruitment process. Files and reports are stored on a shelf that could be subject to loss, detriment, misplacement, muddles storage, and protracted retrieval of files. This results to a time-consuming and disorganized practice in their daily operation. Because of this, the company is having a difficult time in their recruitment. An online recruitment system is suggested to be the best solution to these problems. The proposed online recruitment system could provide a systematized way of processing, tracking, monitoring, storing, and retrieving files and records. This will be useful to the applicants and employers to always keep track of latter’s application. This will also help the employees of M.O.M.S. to easily and methodically process and monitor their day-to-day operations. The proposed system also will provide modules that could be very useful to its users. The different module varies depending on the user’s access levels. It will also be incorporated through a username and password for each account to ensure security among user’s restricted information. This also serves as the user’s access to the system. The proper management of recruitment could provide better result that will give the company an edge from other companies of the same industry.
