Abstract

The Valenzuela Medical Center with Biometrics was developed by the proponents to help improve the payroll system of the Valenzuela Medical Center. The proposed system done by the proponents consist of different advantages than their previous system, With this system, the calculations and computations of the salary and deductions can be done accurately and less stress that they encounter in their previous The generated reports are printed computerized and in an orderly manner. System and generation of reports can be done too and with Biometrics technology present in the system It cannot be touch by unauthorized person, Many kinds of data is restricted and only the employee assigned in the payroll is the only one who is accessible to the whole payroll process. With the use of the proponents proposed system, payroll process is done faster and more accurate. While in use of their existing system, it slows down the function of the company and sometimes encountered different problems.
