Abstract

The proposed Online Billing and Reservation system for Daluyan Community Resource Center is a web- based system that is capable of handling all the billing and reservation processes. The proposed system is developed using ASP.net and SQL. The proposed system is able to do all the online transactions like reserving rooms, function halls and amenities, also the payment of reservation. The generation of reports is also included in the system. It also assured that all the information of the clients is secured. It has simple and user-friendly interface for easy navigation of forms and controls, so that customers will be satisfied with the system service. The proposed system improved the manual system of Daluyan Community Resource Center that provides a better solution encountered in the existing system. The proposed system provides fast and accurate reservation and aims to develop better communication with customers.
