Abstract

The study is intended to analyze the self-efficacy of selected prior out-of-school youth in EPZA Rosario, Cavite as a basis for determining the work intervention program. Out of the three (3) factories, ACE Mannix Electronics Company Incorporated was preferred with seven (7) factory workers who met the criteria and consented to join the Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The factory workers who participated were asked about their standing in three (3) factors namely, Communication Skills, Inter-personal Skills, and Work Performance. The result of the Focus Group Discussion showed that Communication Skills was the lowest among the three factor. Open form and Team Building are the intervention Programs suggested. This will enhance the good Communication Skills of the employer and the employees as well as their Interpersonal Relationship, and Work Performance.
